GROVE FARM HOLIDAY LET BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A provisional booking may be made by phone or email and will be held for 5 days pending receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by the non refundable 50% booking deposit or full payment.

The final payment and refundable £200 per property cautionary deposit (which will be cashed) is required no later than 35 days before the start of the holiday booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, the payment (less the booking deposit) is only refundable if the property is re-let for the same period.

If for any reason beyond the owners control (e.g. fire or flood damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the holidaymaker will be refundable in full. The holidaymaker shall have no further claim against the owners.

The holidaymaker must leave the property clean and in good order and will be responsible for any breakages or damage.

The owner shall be entitled to deduct from the cautionary deposit the cost of remedying any breach of these obligations.

The whole amount of the cautionary deposit or the balance after any deduction will be refunded to the holidaymaker promptly following the end of the letting.

Every effort will be made to ensure the standard described for the property and all items of equipment described and supplied by the owners are in good working order. however, no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs or any item is temporarily unavailable. Repairs will always be effected as soon as possible.

Domestic pets are not allowed within the boundary of the property.
No smoking in any part of the house.

The owners and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.

Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, arrival time is 4.00pm departure time is 10.00am.

Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, the properties at Grove Farm are to be used only for self catering holiday accommodation with a maximum of 13 persons staying in The Farmhouse and a maximum of 4 persons staying in The Milking Parlour at any one time.

By signing this booking form the holidaymaker accepts the booking conditions stated above and confirms that he/she is over 18 years of age.
